Stratosphere is an executive search, selection and recruitment consultancy, specialising in middle management, senior management, director and executive-level appointments.

We work with clients seeking board and senior leadership talent across a wide range of industry sectors. Our independence gives us the freedom to search the entire talent market on our clients' behalf, rather than a restricted pool of pre-registered candidates — identifying the right individual for the role, not simply the most available one.
 

Our core activity sits within the £50,000 to £150,000 base salary range, though we operate outside this where required, allowing us to support clients across their full management structure — for permanent and interim appointments alike.
